After the demonstrations at the end of 2017 arrangements were made for a scoping meeting. The main data sources that should be fed into the system were identified as SITS, Blackboard, SEAtS, Panopto and Library. Staff members involved with each of the data sources were at the scoping meeting. Further demonstrations of the proposed solution would be set up at a later date and time.
The project board and working streams for the new combined attendance and learning analytics group were determined.
